Orders and Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

Your tracking number is included in the email we sent when your order ships.

You can use this to track your package after it ships and get an idea of when it will arrive. The processing time for an order depends on the shipping method selected.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The estimated processing time is indicated during checkout and is usually between 1 to 3 business days. We do not ship on holidays. The time it takes for your order to arrive after we send it out depends on the shipping method you chose during checkout. Free Standard Shipping within the Canada takes about 3-7 business days. You can see transit time estimates for all available shipping methods on the Shipping Information page.

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Currently we do not charge for GST/PST as we are just a small business and we are not yet required by law to charge

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for all transactions

For Canadians:

When will my items be delivered?

Return Policy

What's your return policy?

If you received a product from us that isn't working correctly or was damaged in transit, pleaselet us knowwithin 30 days. It's not a problem if the issue was discovered after you used the product. Include the order number and a detailed description of the issue, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and received at our return center within 50 days of purchase.

Except for items that arrived in defective or damaged condition, returned items must be received in brand new, resellable condition with all original labeling and packaging intact. This means that:

  • Any tags must be attached and undamaged.
  • Any sticker seals and barcode stickers must be intact.
  • Any shrink-wrapping must not have been torn or removed.
  • Pens must not show any signs of use. For example:
  • Pencils and mechanical pencils must not show any signs of use to the lead or the eraser.

The Manuscripts reserves the right to refuse refunds for any items that do not meet our eligibility requirements.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We can’t add or remove items from your order once it’s in our system. However, you can self-cancel your order as long as its status is still listed as “Processing.” Then you can make a new order with the correct items.

Do you do exchanges?

We are not able to provide exchanges. You can return any eligible item for a refund or store credit and use those funds to place a new order for an alternative product.
